1. Sweepstakes Period: The Dreamy Hollywood Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") (noon) on May 13, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET (noon) on September 30, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. Three Ways To Enter: ONE: Online (No Purchase Necessary): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.smoothanddreamy.com (the "Entry Site"), click on the Sweepstakes link and fill in all required information for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries must be completed and submitted by 12:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2009, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. TWO: Via DIRECTV: Beginning 6:00 a.m. ET on July 20, 2009 through 6:00 a.m. ET on July 27, 2009, if you are a DIRECTV subscriber and the Authorized Account Holder, to receive one (1) entry, turn your TV to Channel 116 and follow the prompts to submit your entry. All DIRECTV entries must be completed by 6:00 a.m. ET on July 27, 2009. THREE: Via DISH Network L.L.C. ("DISH Network): Beginning 12:01 a.m. ET on July 16, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2009, if you are a DISH Network subscriber and the Authorized Account Holder, to receive one (1) entry, turn your TV to Channel 99 and follow the prompts to submit your entry. All DISH Network entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access phone/usage/subscription access charges imposed by your on-line/DIRECTV/DISH Network service provider will apply.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the "Administrator"), Brightline Partners, LLC, DIRECTV, DISH Network, their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

4. Random Drawing: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 14, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): A 8-day/7-night trip for four (4) to Burbank, CA. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to Grand Prize winner’s home, 7-nights Sponsor-selected hotel accommodations (based on quad occupancy), $5,000 spending money (awarded as a check), four (4) passes for an exclusive and private Warner Bros. Studio Deluxe VIP Tour (minimum age requirement for tour is 8 years old) which includes a Sponsor-selected customized and personalized experience at the Warner Bros. Studio, Sponsor-selected licensed products and a year’s supply of Breyers Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream (awarded as 15 product coupons) (ARV: $13,350.00). In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. 6. General Rules: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/email. Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will then be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) within ten (10) days (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and alternate Grand Prize winner may be determined. Affidavit package will be mailed via Priority Mail or sent via email. Sponsor is not responsible if the Warner Bros. Studio Deluxe VIP Tour is postponed or cancelled after ticketing of prize for any reason, in whole or in part. In such event, Grand Prize winner will receive remainder of the prize with no compensation paid in lieu of Warner Bros. Studio Deluxe VIP Tour ticket portion of prize. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize Winner and his/her respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. All Grand Prize travel must be completed from within one year from the date awarded; dates of departure and return and destination location are subject to change. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph and any video footage taken (as applicable) for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. "Authorized account holder" of a DIRECTV subscription is the natural person in whose name the account has been issued and to whom services are billed. "Authorized account holder" of a DISH Network subscription is the natural person in whose name the account has been issued and to whom services are billed. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the online, DIRECTV and/or DISH Network portion(s) of the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and conduct the drawing from among all eligible online, DIRECTV and/or DISH Network entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Entry Site; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.
